Contemplative Contemplation exemplifies the linear histographic process of studying music in an academic landscape. The piece only takes a singular theme, and presents this information continuously, often without alteration. Each new take on this snippet of music allows the listener to recontextualize the theme, creating new perspectives inspired by similar musical material. Finally, the last thought is a peaceful unison note, in reflection.
